What there is to see
The display is arranged as a household rather than a vitrine: the house, the outbuildings and the tools stand as they stood while they were in use. For a visitor who came for the pottery this is useful context — it shows the kind of house the vessels were used in, and exactly what they were for.

The avlija and the potters' workshops are in the same village, minutes apart. The workshop shows how a vessel is made; the avlija shows what it lived inside. With Potpec Cave next door, that makes the usual half-day to full-day trip.
